McMaster Exchange Bursary

Overview

Exchange bursaries are non-repayable grants intended to assist students who otherwise would not be able to participate in exchange opportunities due to financial hardship. Allocation and bursary amounts are determined on the basis of financial need.

Qualifications

• Applicants pursuing their second degree are ineligible.
• Applicant must be academic level 2 or higher.
• International students are ineligible for this award.
• Applicant must comply with the bursary regulations noted in the current University Calendar. -Applicant must be an undergraduate student.
• Applicant must be participating/intend to participate in an approved International Exchange during the NEXT academic year.
• Following the exchange, applicant must return to McMaster to complete their undergraduate degree.
• Applicant must be pursuing a Bachelors, Co-op, Honours Co-op or Honours programs.
• Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
• Applicant must be enrolled.
• Applicant must be a current student. -Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid
• Applicant must have financial need.
