McMaster Entrance Bursary

Overview

The Undergraduate Entrance Bursary application is open to incoming Level 1 students who are Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Refugees entering McMaster for their first baccalaureate undergraduate degree program (excluding Mohawk McMaster and Conestoga McMaster Nursing) who demonstrate financial need.

The value of bursaries varies. Funding is limited and not all applicants may be chosen to receive a bursary under this program. All decisions are final and students will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This application will be used to find recipients for the General Entrance Bursary and Donor Entrance Bursary. To see a list of donor bursaries available please use the Funds Finder.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be an incoming student.
• Applicant must have a current admission application.
• Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
• Applicant must be a resident of Ontario and be accepted full-time into Level 1 of their first baccalaureate degree program based on high school admission requirements.
• International (VISA) student applying for admission to a program at McMaster are ineligible for this award.
• Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid.
