Overview
To recognize the power and impact of creative expression, the Black Student Success Centre (BSSC) is offering a one time-award (to be awarded during the Black Graduation Celebration) to a Black identifying undergraduate or graduate student who is graduating in the Spring. The successful candidate must demonstrate how their artistic talent speaks to at least two of the BSSC's core values: Ubuntu, Celebrating diversity of African heritage, Collaboration or Unity. Award Available: 1x$1000
Eligibility
Qualifications
- Applicant must be an Undergraduate or Graduate Student.
- Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
- Applicant must be graduating this Spring.
- Applicant must be a Full Time student.
- Applicant must be enrolled.
- Applicant must identify as a member of a racialized group.
- Applicant self-identifies as Black (including African, African-Canadian, African-American, Afro-Caribbean/West Indian)
- Applicant must be pursuing a Bachelors, Co-op, Honours Co-op, Honours, Masters, or PHD.
