Overview
This fund was established by the family, friends and colleagues of Dr Mark Patterson, a Research Fellow in the Graduate School of Tropical Veterinary Science and Agriculture who died of Burkitt's Lymphona in 1992 at the age of 32. The purpose of the fund is to promote research in the field of host-pathogen interactions within the Discipline of Biomedical Sciences.
Eligibility
If all the below statements describe you and your current situation, you can apply for this bursary.
- I am an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent visa holder;
- I am enrolled in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science or Bachelor Medical Laboratory Science (Honours) degree; or
- Doctorate students undertaking research in animal or human immunology.
