Greg Garrick Rural Nursing Bursary
James Cook University
In memory of Greg Garrick, a trust was established with the Qld Community Foundation to distribute the interest earned by the trust through the QCF annual program. When Anglo American announced intentions to sell up all Australian assets and exit the country arrangements were required that did not depend on their continued involvement with the Foundation. QCF’s advice was to establish an annual bursary that QCF administers. This scholarship is subject to the provisions of James Cook University’s Coursework Scholarships, Bursaries and Grants Policy.
