Mary Lou Miller Scholarship

Objectives:

The Mary Lou Miller Scholarship is intended for students currently enrolled at Fayetteville High School, Fayetteville Virtual Academy, or ALLPS who plan to attend a 2 or 4 year institution, vocational college, and/or certification programs.

Available Funds.

• The Foundation may or may not award a scholarship in any given year • Funding may range from $300 or up to $5,000 • Mary Lou Miller Scholarship may award multiple recipients • Scholarship funds may be used to pay for student educational costs, including tuition, fees, books, equipment

Eligible Applicants

The eligibility guidelines for the scholarship are determined by the selection committee, and may include criteria such as: • Deserving Fayetteville High School, Fayetteville Virtual Academy, or ALLPS student • Demonstrated community involvement, personal and/or academic growth, job and work experience • Plans to attend a 2 or 4 year institution, vocational college, and/or certification programs
