Robert and Joan Kouri Scholarship
Concordia University
On the occasion of the second anniversary of Joan Kouri's passing, her husband Robert Kouri established this scholarship for students because it was something she would have wanted. Bob had a long and successful career in the field of education. He was a first generation university graduate and believe that one ought to give back to one's alma mater. The couple contributed to the community in many sectors, principally health education.
This Entrance Scholarship is for new, full-time students entering the University in any faculty who are either Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents or International Students.
