Overview

Concordia University is pleased to announce our continuing collaboration with Technion - Israel Institute of Technology which will provide students in any discipline with an exciting funding opportunity through the Goldie and Joe Raymer Travel Fellowship. Domestic Concordia students as well as incoming Visiting Students wishing to receive assistance through this fund must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.00.

The purpose of the Goldie and Joe Raymer Travel Fellowship is to support the promotion of academic collaboration, student exchange programs and research internships between Concordia University and the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Recipients may receive up to $750 per month (to assist with travel expenses) for a period of up to four months while on soujourn at Technion. This Travel Fellowship is not renewable but recipients can re-apply. Concordia students applying to go on academic exchange to Technion – Israel Institute of Technology should submit a letter of intent and curriculum vitae with their student exchange application package.

Applicants may be Faculty members or students from Concordia University or Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in a research or academic discipline held in common by both institutions.

Eligibility

In-course bursaries Concordia offers need-based In-Course Bursaries to returning Bachelor's students in the Fall semester.

Application deadline The 2024-2025 Undergraduate In-Course Bursary Program will be open April 1, 2024.

In-Course Bursaries are awarded by the Financial Aid and Awards Office to previously admitted students following an application-based competition that includes a financial need test and holistic committee review. Applicants are notified of the results after the Financial Aid and Awards Office receives results from the bursary committee.

The In-Course Bursary program normally open April 1, 2024 and will close on May 15, 2024.
