Adacel Scholarship
Concordia University
The Adacel Scholarship, created in 2009, is intended to recognize and reward outstanding full-time students enrolled in the Bachelor of Engineering - Software Engineering program at Concordia University.
Established in 1987, Adacel is a leading developer of interactive speech recognition technology, voice-activated control systems, operational Air Traffic Management software and simulation systems for aircrew, air traffic control, airport vehicle operators, and security training. Adacel's North American operations are headquartered in Orlando, Florida and the company has offices in Montréal Canada, and Melbourne Australia.
Adacel's Air Traffic Management Vice President, Mr. Bill Lang, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Concordia University.
This scholarship is non-renewable.
In-course bursaries Concordia offers need-based In-Course Bursaries to returning Bachelor's students in the Fall semester.
Application deadline The 2024-2025 Undergraduate In-Course Bursary Program will be open April 1, 2024.
In-Course Bursaries are awarded by the Financial Aid and Awards Office to previously admitted students following an application-based competition that includes a financial need test and holistic committee review. Applicants are notified of the results after the Financial Aid and Awards Office receives results from the bursary committee.
The In-Course Bursary program normally open April 1, 2024 and will close on May 15, 2024.
