Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must
- Be a current college student or non-traditional student enrolled full-time at a qualified college or university for the upcoming school year.
- Currently reside in Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, or Winnebago County.
- Demonstrate good character.
- Demonstrate a high level of financial need.
Specifications
Applicant performance will be given moderate consideration in the selection process.
For the purposes of this scholarship, good character includes traits such as integrity, honesty, loyalty, compassion, and accountability.
