Kings Daughters Charity Circle Jamie Muoio Scholarship Fund
Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region
Background:
The Kings Daughters Charity Circle scholarship was established in 1970 by the Circle members to help graduating high school students in the community pursue their dream for higher education. It’s original and continuing purpose is to provide a need-based scholarship with an emphasis placed on academics, school and community involvement. In 2014, the scholarship name was expanded to honor Jamie Muoio. He is the son of long-time circle member, Susan Muoio, who has provided much support to better the community. Jamie was in the process of pursuing his dream of higher education when he lost his life. The expanded scholarship name allows King’s Daughters to remember and honor him for years to come
