Dennis W. Farrell Pre-Medicine Scholarship

Overview
To provide financial support for students pursuing a degree in pre-medicine who are Washington State residents with a GPA of 3.5 or higher in the biological and physical sciences and mathematics; a 3.4 accumulative overall GPA. Scholarships are to be used for tuition, fees and books. Contact your Department additional information: Biological Sciences Department- SCI 338; Chemistry Department- SCI 302.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be a pre-medicine student.
- Campus
- Applicant must have a 3.4 GPA or higher.
- Applicant must have earned at least 31 credit hours.
How to Apply
The Scholarship Central general application is available to all current students and to new CWU applicants with access to the MyCWU student portal.
Once you complete the general application, you will be added to the applicant pool of one or more scholarships. Some may have additional requirements: an essay, letters of recommendation, etc. As long as you complete those requirements by the deadline, you can be considered for the scholarship.
A few scholarships will direct you to an academic department or other office to complete the application. Scholarship Central shows you meet the minimum qualifications but you will need follow up with those contacts to be considered.
