CWU Alumni Association Cap and Gown Fund

Overview
The Alumni Cap and Gown Fund raises support for graduates that may not otherwise be able to afford their cap and gown. Each selected student will receive a cap and gown from the Wildcat Shop.
Qualifications
- Applicant must be in good academic standing at CWU.
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
- Applicant must have senior status and be graduating this CURRENT academic year.
How to Apply
The Scholarship Central general application is available to all current students and to new CWU applicants with access to the MyCWU student portal.
Once you complete the general application, you will be added to the applicant pool of one or more scholarships. Some may have additional requirements: an essay, letters of recommendation, etc. As long as you complete those requirements by the deadline, you can be considered for the scholarship.
A few scholarships will direct you to an academic department or other office to complete the application. Scholarship Central shows you meet the minimum qualifications but you will need follow up with those contacts to be considered.
