Catherine Hall Moe Graduate Scholarship in Art and Design

Overview

To provide financial support for graduate students pursuing a MFA or MA in the Department of Art and Design who have demonstrated financial need, cumulative GPA of 3.2 and over and are Washington State residents.

CWU Art+Design scholarships require the submission of a separate application form and portfolio for consideration. Please contact the Department for instructions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a Washington State resident.
• Applicant must be accepted into a Graduate program for the upcoming school year.
• Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicant must have a GPA of 3.2 or better.

How to Apply

The Scholarship Central general application is available to all current students and to new CWU applicants with access to the MyCWU student portal.

Once you complete the general application, you will be added to the applicant pool of one or more scholarships. Some may have additional requirements: an essay, letters of recommendation, etc. As long as you complete those requirements by the deadline, you can be considered for the scholarship.

A few scholarships will direct you to an academic department or other office to complete the application. Scholarship Central shows you meet the minimum qualifications but you will need follow up with those contacts to be considered.
