The Hill Foundation
The Hill Foundation Scholarship is a programme of full-cost scholarships for Russian students undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate study in any subject, who have undertaken a first degree at a Russian university. It is tenable at any College. The programme is fully funded by the Hill Foundation and administered by the Cambridge Trust.
The Hill Foundation provides scholarships for Russians to take degrees at Oxford University and now at the University of Cambridge. Since 2000, the Hill Foundation has awarded over a hundred scholarships to Russians, in a wide variety of scholarly fields and from many academic institutions across the whole landmass of Russia.
This scholarship is available to Russian students undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate study in any subject, who have undertaken a first degree at a Russian university. It is tenable at any college.

- Annual Stipend (sufficient for a single person)
- Other allowances (visa, immigration health surcharges, travel, etc.)
Conditions
Applicants must undertake to spend at least one year in Russia after the end of their academic studies in the UK (scholars are not expected to return for at least the next two years, at which point policy will be reviewed)
How to apply
No separate application is required for this scholarship, only the application for admission to the University of Cambridge, which must be submitted by the funding deadline specific to your course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory)
