The Amjad & Suha Bseisu Foundation (‘Bseisu’) is a registered charity founded in 2011, which focuses on transforming the lives of people from the Middle East and Malaysia. Its vision is to help build a world based on civil society, uniform rights and equal opportunity. The Foundation has a growing focus on enabling exceptionally talented people from the Middle East to access world-class education.
The Trust and the Foundation jointly fund the Bseisu-University of Cambridge Scholarship. This scholarship supports postgraduate students from Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Syria, wishing to study at the University of Cambridge.
This scholarship is available to Masters applicants who are citizens of Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine or Syria. It is tenable at any College.
Offered in partnership with the Amjad & Suha Bseisu Foundation (Bseisu).
Value
- University tuition fee
- Annual stipend (sufficient for a single person)
Conditions
- Candidates may apply for a Masters course in any subject, excluding those offered by the Schools of Arts and Humanities, and Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Cambridge
- Priority will be given to those applying for courses within STEM subjects
How to apply
No separate application is required for this scholarship; only the application for admission to the University of Cambridge, which must be submitted by the funding deadline specific to your course (please refer to the Postgraduate Course Directory)
