​New River Community and Technical College Education and Technical Training Center ​Scholarship Fund

Recognizing the vital role of technical education in growing our local economy, Dan, Cynthia and Matt Bickey established this fund that will generate income to help with tuition expenses for students who utilize the education and training opportunities offered at the NRCTC center located in Ghent. Matt, son of Dan and Cynthia, serves on the Raleigh County Board of NRCTC.

• Assistance for NRCTC students utilizing the New River Community & Technical College center located at Ghent developing technical skills to enter the current job market
