​Marshall University Scholarship Fund

This fund was initiated by area Marshall alumni in memory of Coach Rich Tolley of Wyoming County, his Marshall University football squad, and team supporters who died in the tragic plane crash of November 15, 1970. Recipients must be first year students at Marshall University from Raleigh, Wyoming, and Summers counties.

Need-based for one or more graduating high school seniors from Raleigh, Wyoming and Summers Counties attending Marshall University with consideration being given to need and general scholastic aptitude.
