​Margaret Ann and Jerry L. Bays Scholarship Fund

Jerry and Ann Bays established this scholarship fund to support Independence High School seniors pursuing a degree in the field of engineering. Students must be attending West Virginia University or West Virginia University Institute of Technology.

-Weighted for financial need, educational merit and personal character. -Must be a matriculating senior at Independence High School located in Raleigh Co., WV. -Post-secondary education at West Virginia University or West Virginia University Institute of Technology. -Pursuing an engineering course of study.
