Bethel Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund

Joseph C. Phillips, former member of the BAF Board of Directors, established this fund in memory of his mother, Bethel Phillips. Income earned from this endowment is used to assist Wyoming County students. Formerly designated for use at MSU, it is now redirected to University of Charleston-Beckley

• Wyoming County, WV public high school graduate(s) attending University of Charleston-Beckley.
• Available to need based qualified college freshmen or upperclassmen.

Apply: NO APPLICATION REQUIRED: Every new UC Beckley student will be reviewed for consideration for this BAF scholarship, according to the specific criteria and level of financial need.
