Freemasons Foundation Victoria invests in programs and initiatives that are expected to provide stronger and healthier communities and supports the youth of Victoria to achieve their educational goals. The Freemasons Foundation Scholarship aims to support access to higher education for students from rural, regional and remote backgrounds.

- This scholarship is valued at $5,000, to be paid in one lump sum.
- There is one scholarship available.
Eligibility This scholarship is open to those who will meet all of the following criteria:
- Commencing a new ACU course in Semester 1, 2024
- Citizenship: domestic
- Campus: Ballarat or Melbourne
- Study load: full-time
- Demonstrated financial need
- Live (or have lived) in a regional, rural or remote address as classified by the Rural, Remote and Metropolitan Area (RRMA)
Selection criteria Applications are assessed based on the strength of the following criteria:
- Demonstrated financial need.
- Impact of living in a regional, rural or remote location.
Selection process The recipients will be selected by the Scholarships Office.
