JCU Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Scholarships for HDR candidates (Doctor of Philosophy) are awarded annually on a competitive basis to the most outstanding applicants. The base rate is $46,653 per annum for a living expense stipend and a one-off $10,000 for project expenses and tuition fees.
