Established in 1982 with a Trust Fund of approximately $12,000 set up under the will of the late Mrs Stella Maria Jane Grierson, of Croydon, Victoria. If you are a successful applicant of this scholarship you will receive $5,000 per year for the minimum number of years required to complete your course.

How do I apply? Prior to completing an application, you should carefully read the Scholarship Rules below. Applicants wanting to apply for this scholarship must attach the following documents:
- proof of Australian Aboriginality; or a signed Statutory Declaration confirming you are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; and
- A copy of your academic record from any other academic institution.
- written references (no more than three) attesting to your good character and/ or suitability to receive the scholarship;
- a curriculum vitae; and
- any other supporting documentation that would assist the Selection Committee in developing an opinion as to the merit of the application.

- I am or will be enrolled full-time in a diploma or undergraduate degree.
