Overview
An undergraduate and postgraduate coursework scholarship This scholarship provides financial assistance to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students commencing a coursework degree in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
The value is $8,500 per annum for up to 4 years.

Benefits A recipient enrolled full-time will receive the scholarship valued at $8,500 per annum for up to:
- 4 years full-time for an eligible undergraduate degree, or
- 1.5 years full-time for an eligible postgraduate coursework degree.
A recipient enrolled part-time will receive the scholarship valued at $4,250 per annum for up to:
- 8 years part-time for an eligible undergraduate degree, or
- 3 years part-time for an eligible postgraduate coursework degree.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
- identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person as per University of Sydney’s Confirmation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Policy 2015
- have an unconditional offer of admission or be currently enrolled in the first semester of an undergraduate degree or postgraduate coursework degree within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Sydney;
- not be in receipt of the MySydney scholarship.
