These scholarships, valued up to 50% of tuition fees for any single undergraduate degree (excluding the Medical Program) or 100% tuition for any diploma program, are awarded to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students who have demonstrated extracurricular involvement, leadership potential and academic achievements.

How to apply Upon completion of the Bond University Study Application Form, eligible students can apply for scholarships via the Bond University Scholarship Application Form. Simply use the same log-in details as used for your study application and enter ‘scholarship’ in the keyword field on the Start an Application tab.

Scholarship applicants will be required to submit the following documents as part of their scholarship application: A letter of reference from an Indigenous Community Organisation, Member, or Leader to support your application; Evidence of your leadership, initiative and service to your school and or and/or Indigenous community (i.e. Indigenous community member, Elder or organization). Please use the Summary of Achievements template to present this evidence and upload to your application as one Word or PDF document.

Eligibility
  • This scholarship is available to new commencing students at Bond University in the following year, January semester.
  • Available to Australian citizens who are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent (as defined by ABSTUDY).
  • Applicants must have successfully completed, or be currently completing Year 12 at an Australian High School
  • Applicants must meet the prerequisites and the admissions entry standards for their chosen program.
