Overview

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORGANIZATIONS NO LONGER NEED A CAGE/NCAGE CODE TO REGISTER IN SAM.GOV (UNLESS THEY PLAN TO WORK WITH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE).

The U.S. Embassy in Pretoria of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to carry out a program to train women entrepreneurs based in South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini. The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs is a program of the U.S. Department of State and Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management. It is centered on the online training program, DreamBuilder, developed through a partnership between Thunderbird and global copper mining company Freeport-McMoRan.

Please read the full announcement before submitting an application.

Applications must be emailed to PretoriaGrants@state.gov.
