The Sweden-Latvia Cooperation Fund evaluate the quality of the project idea on the basis of its originality, cultural objectives, content, feasibility, methods and target groups. It is a requirement that you have a partnership for the project in the respective country.

The Sweden-Latvia Cooperation Fund prioritize applications for audiences that have little or no knowledge of Sweden/Latvia before. Diversity is also an important key factor for us.
