FUND FOR MEDIA INNOVATION

USAID/Serbia aims to support initiation of a regional investment fund (the Fund) that is focused on the media, information, and communications sector in order to build long term financial sustainability through a five-year, $5 million grant. USAID/Serbia’s grant will support initiation of a Fund (a new legal entity or special purpose vehicle attached to an existing legally registered fund) to make investments in small and medium-sized enterprises, startups and supporting entrepreneurs including, but not limited to, those entities that provide information content analytics, audience measurement, education, or other products and services that facilitate public access to high-quality information and digital literacy skills. The Fund will be eligible to make investments in the Western Balkan six region where USAID has on-going assistance programs.

The USAID Fund for Media Innovation Design is seeking comments on the draft Program Description (PD). Please ensure comments are concise and specific to the information requested, note page and section numbers as applicable.
