Limited Competition: Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) (Phase 3) - Transitional Centers (P30 Clinical Trial Optional)

The purpose of this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is to transition the core resources and biomedical research activities of Centers of Biomedical Research Excellence (COBRE) into independence and sustainability.

Other Eligible Applicants include the following: Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed. see NOFO for eligibility details
