MEL and CLA Activity RFI

USAID/Honduras is in the early stages of designing a demand-driven flexible Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Activity. It is anticipated that this activity will provide USAID/Honduras with project and activity evaluation, performance monitoring, knowledge management, communications, and performance management support services in alignment with the USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201, USAID’s Evaluation Policy, and the Journey to Self-Reliance (J2SR). This RFI will increase the efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation, negotiation, and contract award in the event USAID/Honduras elects to issue a solicitation requesting proposals.
