Overview

About the Kop Hill Climb fund:

This fund has specific criteria and priorities, so it is vital that you read the criteria available on the fund page before completing your application.

If you begin completing your application but do not submit it until a later date, please check that the fund criteria has not changed whilst your application has been in progress.

If a guidance document has been provided on the fund page, please also ensure that you read this before completing your application.

Supporting Documents:

At the end of the application form, you will be required to upload a number of Supporting Documents. You may find that it is helpful to obtain copies of these documents before beginning your application.

The documents you will be asked to provide are;

  • A copy of your governing document
  • A signed copy of your most recent set of annual accounts
  • A recent bank statement with your organisation's name, address, sort code and account number
  • A copy of your Health & Safety policy
  • A copy of your Equal Opportunities / Equality & Diversity policy
  • A copy your Safeguarding policy

In addition, if you are a Community Interest Company, you must also provide either;

  • A CIC 36 form (if registered in the last 12 months) or
  • A CIC 34 annual report (if registered for more than 12 months)

Priorities:

  • Projects which are aimed at addressing social isolation
  • Projects which are new or existing projects looking to expand their reach.
  • Projects which support those with long-term or life-limiting diseases or conditions
Eligibility

Who can apply?

  • Voluntary and community groups, which are charitable in purpose.
  • Applications are welcome from new charitable organisations and previous applicants who have demonstrated the impact of previous grants.
  • Activities/projects that will benefit residents living within the geographical area indicated on the map.
