Overview

The purpose of the National Transition Center for Systems of Care for Children and Youth with Autism and/or Epilepsy is to provide national leadership and resources to improve the system of services for children and youth with autism and epilepsy as they transition into adulthood. This will be achieved using evidence-informed strategies for state/local agencies, community-based organizations, health care professionals, youth, young adults, and their families. The Center will provide support to Autism and Epilepsy transition demonstration grantees to achieve program objectives/goals. MCHB
