Linking Eligibility Across the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Parts - Dissemination Assistance Provider

The purpose of the Linking Eligibility Across the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Parts - Dissemination Assistance Provider cooperative agreement is to promote efficiencies in data centralization and integration that allows for improvements and streamlining of RWHAP client eligibility determination and confirmation, and reduce administrative burden of clients, recipients, and subrecipients. The cooperative agreement will conduct a systems assessment on best practices for client eligibility determination and confirmation in terms of automation, cost, use of other technology, and data linkages in the RWHAP and in other systems (health information exchanges; Medicaid; Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children; Healthy Start, etc.).

Eligible applicants include entities eligible for funding under RWHAP Parts A - D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act.
