Overview

Bursaries and Grants

The Trust’s objective is to help people develop within our industry, so if you are studying a relevant course and would like to apply for a grant, please complete the online application form and attach a brief C.V. and a letter stating your reasons for the application for the Trustees’ consideration. Alternatively, you can download the form in pdf format and send by email to the GCA Trust Administrator at info@gca.org.uk. This too should be accompanied by your C.V. and a covering letter.

A maximum grant of £500 per applicant, per year, is available and students may apply for a grant for the 2nd and 3rd year of a course. The Trustees will not consider applications for a second course and will only offer one grant for any course each year. Applications must be received before January 2023. As part of the process they may also contact your course tutor. All applicants will be notified of the outcome and all grant recipients are encouraged to keep the Trust informed of their progress.

If you are making an application on behalf of an individual or organisation that would benefit from an award, other than towards an educational qualification, then please submit an emailed letter giving full details of the project or specific need, together with as much supporting material as possible and an indication of the amount sought to the GCA Trust Administrator.
