Family Fund
We can consider helping with a variety of kitchen appliances to support your family’s needs. Our supplier differs depending on where you live in the UK. If you live in England or Scotland your kitchen appliance grant will be awarded to you through AO, if you live in Wales it will be through Argos, and it will be provided by Vision Sales if you live in Northern Ireland. We cannot offer cash alternatives for kitchen appliances
Your grant must be used within three months from the date that your Family Fund award letter was sent.
AO – for England and Scotland
AO stocks the latest kitchen appliances from washing machines to fridges and ovens.
You can order your kitchen appliances from the dedicated range we have agreed with AO. You will be sent a link via email and SMS which, once clicked, will take you to a dedicated website where you can complete your order in four simple steps.

Should you have any issues the helpline can be found at the top of every page. If you do need to call, AO can discuss the kitchen appliances available to order including any extra services required such as connection or removal of an old appliance. The cost of the warranty is included with your grant. You will not be able to spend any unused balance of the grant on anything else, however you can purchase an upgraded appliance from the dedicated range and pay the difference. This payment can be either by debit or credit card.
