Overview

The Community Foundation is not running the Angel Fund Grant Program at this time. If you are in need of individual assistance, please visit our COVID-19 Resource List, or for COVID-19 Individual Assistance contact North Coast Opportunities.

History: The Angel Fund was created to provide assistance for families, children, and elderly individuals who have short-term needs that cannot be met by other private or public programs.

Purpose: The goal is to contribute to the well-being of individuals and help them to move forward in their lives. The Angel Fund philosophy is that even small amounts of money, carefully used, can have an important and positive effect on someone’s life.

Eligibility

Criteria: Assistance is limited to medical, health & safety needs, school/educational needs, senior services, therapeutic equipment/activities, and/or work-related requirements.

Grants requests must come from a nonprofit organization or government agency. Please note that the Angel Fund Application and Guidelines were updated on August 22, 2018.

To start a new Angel Fund Application please contact staff. If you need a copy of the client identity release or budget form you may download them below or in the application.
