Make a claim Complete the form below to apply for Council Tax Support. The form can also be used to claim Housing Benefit and free school meals at the same time, if appropriate.

You will need the following information:

• National Insurance numbers for you and your partner
• the full names and dates of birth for all household members
• details of income and savings for everyone living in your household
• your rent details if applicable - including amount of rent, who your landlord is and any charges included in your rent, such as water or electricity
