Overview

OJP is committed to advancing work that promotes civil rights and racial equity, increases access to justice, supports crime victims and individuals impacted by the justice system, strengthens community safety and protects the public from crime and evolving threats, and builds trust between law enforcement and the community. With this solicitation,BJA intends to select seven training and technical assistance (TTA) providers to form a comprehensive TTA support network for tribal justice practitioners. The selected providers will provide individually tailored, culturally responsive support to tribes in their areas of expertise and will proactively work with other TTA providers to assist tribes in addressing the breadth of criminal justice needs in their communities.
