The purpose of this scholarship is to support commencing students at the University of Wollongong who are passionate about Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and experiencing financial difficulty.

This scholarship provides $15,000 per year, over 3 years - a total of $45,000 - to eligible students who are committed to maintaining a credit average in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) related undergraduate course.

Applicants must have an ATAR (or equivalent) of 70 or above, be able to demonstrate financial need via a UAC Equity Scholarship online application and provide a one page statement outlining their future career ambitions in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
