Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will only consider funding proposals that include a target program participant base of at least 50 percent refugees. Proposals must provide a target participant breakdown by proportion of Syrian refugee, non-Syrian refugee, and host community populations. Priority will be given to programs that target the most vulnerable populations.
